Job Description Mid-Level Patent Litigation Associate in Intellectual Property & Technology in Silicon Valley, CA
A minimum of three years of experience in PTAB/IPR, patent litigation in district court, and/or ITC proceedings.
A degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a similar field. Strong research, writing, and analytic skills.
The ability to manage and mentor more junior associates.
Must be currently licensed, or eligible to become licensed, to practice law in the jurisdiction(s) of application.
