    * The range provided is based on cost of living/geography and what we believe is reasonable in the market at the time of posting. This role may be eligible for annual bonus and annual merit increase. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements. Actual base salary pay will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, and other job-related factors.

    How You'll Perform the Role
    • Pull, transport, & stage product per designated procedure for both truckload and multi-stop loads.
    • Unload, stage, and receive RO Finished Goods and/or Manufactured Finished Goods
    • Unload, stage, and receive Raw Materials
    • Transfer Raw Materials, Production Supplies, and MRO Supplies to designated production area
    • Complete accurate inventory transactions for movement of all Raw Materials, Finished Goods, RO Finished Goods, and Manufactured Finished Goods
    • Collect recyclable and non-recyclable waste from production areas; dispose of waste per designated procedure
    • Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
    • Complete assigned duties in compliance with company policies & procedures.
    • Actively engage in safety programs.
    • Responsibility for food safety and GMP's
    • Assist other team members as needed.
    • Perform other duties as assigned or needed.
    What We Need From You
    • High School diploma or equivalent.
    • Eligible to work in the United States.
    • Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screen.
    • Work overtime as required.
    • Satisfactorily completes training courses as determined by management.
    • At least one year experience in warehouse or distribution center; experience in a manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.
    • Commitment to an accident-free and drug-free workplace.
    • Quality-conscious, oriented to excellence.
    • Strong work ethic evidenced by enthusiasm, positive attitude, and high energy level.
    • Well-developed problem-solving skills; creative, out-of-the-box thinker.

    • Ability to pass certification for all necessary mobile equipment including forklift, clamp truck, etc.
    • Ability to complete computer based training that requires basic computer skills.

    • Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
    • Ability to follow verbal and written work instructions.
    • Ability to accurately complete basic math calculations including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
    • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
    • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
