To help us drive excellence, you'll get to:
Monitor production plans and provide corrective action as necessary.
Educate associates in proper procedure of company policy, safety and quality issues, and production requirements.
Monitor machinery and equipment. Write work orders when necessary.
Communicate necessary information to associates.
Continue focus and improvement in housekeeping through 5's.
Oversee set-up on work centers ensuring quality performance and proper documentation.
Monitor required Quality documentation at each specific operation. Ensure all applicable checks on inspection sheets, SPC charts, etc. are being properly completed with any applicable notations/comments.
This full-time, salary role is a part of our Avon team and reports to the Operations Manager.

Required experience:
Experience with Progressive and Transfer presses

Experience in field:
2 years or more

Computer skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint
