Insight Global is seeking a Secret Cleared IT Specialist Junior to support a federal client of ours onsite in Beaufort, SC.

This role is on a 4-year program providing IT support to the local bases across the United States.


The day to day includes:
Tier 1 and 2 troubleshooting

Diagnosing computer and laptop issues

Printer and related hardware resets

User account support

Customer service

Working through trouble tickets

Skills and Requirements

Active DoD Secret Clearance

2+ years of professional experience

Security+, A+, or Net+ Certification

Some IT related experience or interest in getting into the field null
