- Lead the design and propose cutting-edge technological approaches and solutions utilizing broad knowledge, best practices, and benchmarking.
- Assist with site upgrades, transitions, and integrations throughout the US, essentially leading ERP projects and targeted process synergies.
- Align processes and procedures from various sites to ensure best practices throughout the business.
- Take ownership of data and constantly improve its quality and integrity; proactively identify data quality issues and coordinate with the appropriate teams and/or software provider to resolve any discrepancies.
- Develop and document business processes and workflows and analyze how the ERP, and new tools and solutions, can be delivered to support those processes and workflows.
- Provide analytic support, including dashboard creation and management, basic descriptive and correlation analyses, visualization, and summarizations.
- Troubleshoot issues, find their root cause, and implement corrective actions to resolve them permanently.
- Maintain expert knowledge of analytic tools (including the ERP and Power BI).
- Analyze systems performance and outcomes to maintain and improve the efficiency of analytic systems.
- Manage company data requests including API connections, mapping, importing, and exporting of data to ensure consistent, correct, and safe transfer of information.
- Participate and contribute to various IT projects throughout the facility.

- Adept at building trusting relationships while motivating/influencing others to adopt new best practices.
- Must have a solid understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes, and knowledge of Key Performance Indicators that drive manufacturing results.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required.
- Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field required.
- Three to five years of relevant work experience required.
- Experience working within an ISO or AS9100 Quality Management System is a plus.
