    Warehouse Associate Temp To Hire

    Savage, MD

    Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm

    $19.00 $20.00/hour (based on experience)

    On-site | Reliable Transportation Required

    PeopleShare is hiring for a warehouse associate in a cohesive warehouse in Savage, Maryland. This temp-to-permanent role is perfect for someone with a positive mindset, experience in the warehousing field, and an interest in being a team player.

    This is an active, hands-on jobnot a desk position. You'll gain valuable experience, work alongside a supportive team, and have the opportunity to grow into a long-term role.

    What You'll Do as an Warehouse Associate:

    • Pull, pick, and organize customer orders with a high level of accuracy for both small and large items.
    • Pack products securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during shipment.
    • Prepare items for shipment by labeling, staging, and verifying order details.
    • Maintain a clean, organized work area to support efficient warehouse operations.
    • Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines while handling inventory.
    • Work collaboratively with warehouse staff to meet daily production and shipping goals.

    What We're Looking for in an Warehouse Associate

    • Conscientious and dependable workers with a strong work ethic.
    • Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred.
    • Ability to think quickly, problem-solve, and adapt to changing situations.
    • Comfortable performing manual labor, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
    • Flexible and adaptable to varying schedules or job tasks.
    • Willingness to learn and grow, with a positive attitude toward on-the-job training.
    • Team-oriented mindset; able to collaborate with supervisors and coworkers.

    Preferred Experience for a Warehouse Associate (Not Required):

    • Forklift
    • Cherry Picker
