Join our dynamic cleaning team as a Cleaning Crew Member and be a vital part of maintaining a safe, spotless, and welcoming environment. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for performing thorough cleaning tasks across various facilities within the building, ensuring high standards of hygiene and cleanliness are consistently met. Your positive attitude and attention to detail will help create a comfortable space for everyone who enters.
Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal to keep areas tidy and hygienic
- Sanitize high-touch surfaces such as door handles, light switches, and communal equipment to prevent the spread of germs
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and notify supervisors when supplies need replenishing
- Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure a safe environment for all
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as assigned to uphold cleanliness standards
- Ensure all work areas are organized and equipment is stored properly after use
Experience
- Previous experience in commercial or fitness-related cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to thoroughness in every task
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning duties throughout the shift
- Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and report issues effectively
