The Sports Senior Sales Leader's essential job functions include managing the team effectively by assisting in sales, representation and technical support on products that include, but are not limited to the following categories: Capital (surgical video, integration, shaver, fluid management and radio-frequency products), Shoulder (soft tissue, bone, trauma, total shoulder positioning products for the shoulder and upper extremities), and Knee Hip (soft tissue bone trauma positioning products for the knee hip and lower extremities)

Responsible for leading the team meeting exceeding sales objectives for territory Increase territory results building maintaining strong business relationships developing implementing sales strategies Communicate current new customer accounts product updates changes product portfolio educational programs Implement new sales plans effective marketing strategies position organization competitively meet exceed territory objectives Create submit team quotas executive sales leadership vice president agency owner Establish nurture relationships residency fellowship programs drive product adoption use brand awareness Support assist product managers establish quotas vice president agency owner Devise implement plans meetings hold levels team accountable quota achievement Identify prospects needs develop written telephone face-to-face responses Cross-sell additional products manage new introductions available Receive coaching training mentoring director sales transfer knowledge managers representatives associates needed Lead example demonstrate proper time initiative use constantly analyze performance opportunities growth Regularly analyze market trends competitor activities identify opportunities growth differentiation Maintain strong sense urgency multitasking skills ability manage responsibilities strict deadlines Ability lift pounds regular basis The above statements describe general nature level work being performed job They are not intended exhaustive list duties indeed management may assign additional responsibilities required
  • Minimum years orthopedic experience Bachelor degree Demonstrated ability relate customers constituents within orthopedic sports medicine market Must comfortable open operating room environments Knowledge orthopedic procedures terminology specifically relates Arthrex Knowledge operating room protocols procedures Ability learn high technical information anatomy indications surgery procedures Prior sales experience plus MS Office Strong public speaking communication skills Excellent organizational time management abilities effectively managing multiple priorities Strong sense urgency Ability work well pressure Self-assurance competitive drive Ability work independently make decisions take responsibility abide Compliance Code Conduct policies Current drivers license Access own transportation
