We are seeking an experienced Remote SAP Consultant to support enterprise-wide SAP implementations, optimizations, and ongoing system enhancements. This role is responsible for analyzing business requirements, configuring SAP solutions, leading cross-functional workshops, and ensuring seamless integration across enterprise systems.

The ideal candidate resides in the United States, possesses strong functional or technical SAP expertise, and thrives in a collaborative, remote-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end SAP implementation projects, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Analyze business processes and translate requirements into SAP system design and functional specifications.

Configure and customize SAP modules to meet organizational needs.

Provide expert guidance on SAP best practices, process optimization, and digital transformation initiatives.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party vendors to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.

Support data migration, system integration, and performance tuning efforts.

Conduct user training sessions and develop documentation, including functional design documents and training manuals.

Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing production support.

Participate in system upgrades, patches, and enhancement projects.

Ensure compliance with data security, governance, and regulatory standards.

SAP S/4HANA

SAP FICO (Finance & Controlling)

SAP MM (Materials Management)

SAP SD (Sales & Distribution)

SAP PP (Production Planning)

SAP HCM / SuccessFactors

SAP BW/4HANA

SAP ABAP (Technical Development)

SAP Ariba

SAP EWM

Required Qualifications

Must reside in the United States and be legally authorized to work without sponsorship.

Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.

5+ years of SAP consulting or implementation experience.

Hands-on configuration experience in at least one SAP module.

Experience working on at least one full-cycle SAP implementation.

Strong understanding of business processes across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, HR, or operations.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with executive stakeholders.

Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

SAP certification(s) in relevant modules.

Experience with SAP S/4HANA migrations.

Knowledge of integration tools (SAP PI/PO, CPI, APIs).

Experience with Agile or hybrid project methodologies.

Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or SAP BTP).

Work Environment

This is a fully remote position; however, candidates must reside within the United States. Occasional travel may be required for client workshops, system go-lives, or team meetings (typically less than 10%).
