What You'll Be DoingAs a state income & franchise tax senior, you will be utilizing your prior technical experience to help clients navigate their tax compliance requirements as well as playing an instrumental role in the multistate consulting and planning process.
This role presents a unique opportunity for meaningful professional development in a team-oriented group with limited travel expectations.

What We're Looking For:
A minimum of 2 years of relevant tax experience at a public accounting firm (preferably a Big 4, national, regional, or large local firm)Significant multi-state income tax compliance experience with both corporate and pass-through entities, as well as individual owners of multi-state pass-through entity interestsExperience working with clients on state income & franchise tax matters including nexus and sourcing of revenuesAbility to serve as a firm technical resource for multistate tax issuesAbility to develop and enhance the firm's state income & franchise tax specialty areaCPA certificationExcellent tax research skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent technology, project management and presentation skillsAdvanced degree in taxation preferred
