    Job Description


    American Traveler is hiring a Home Health Occupational Therapist with a minimum of 1 year recent experience and proficiency in HCHB EMR for geriatric home health care.

    Responsibilities

    • Home health setting covering the East Team territory
    • Day shift position, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
    • Average caseload of 5 to 7 geriatric patients per day
    • On-call required every 3rd to 4th weekend
    • Territory covers up to a 60-mile radius from the office hub
    • Oasis experience preferred
    • HCHB EMR experience required
    • Locals accepted and paid at the travel rate
    • Provide occupational therapy services to geriatric patients in their homes
    • Flexibility with territory assignments is expected
    • Scrubs required; any color permitted except jeans
    • iPad provided for work duties
    • Mileage reimbursed at the standard IRS rate
    • First-time travelers are welcome to apply

    Requirements

    • Active Occupational Therapist license required if applicable
    • Minimum 1 year of recent home health OT experience
    • Current BLS certification required
    • Proficient with HCHB EMR
    • Flexibility to travel throughout the assigned territory
