Kwaan Tech is searching for a highly motivated and skilled project manager to support our customer with the Department of the Treasury Office of Intelligence Analysis

Core Duties include:

• Working with internal and external stakeholders to define the concept and create a process to move forward with OIA projects
• Setting and managing client expectations, developing detailed project plans, defining project scope, and identifying team members to specific tasks
• Coordinating internal resources and ensuring resource availability and allocation
• Measuring project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
• Reporting and escalating issues and risks to management as needed
• Monitoring project progress and deadlines
• Remaining aware of project progress and performance
• Anticipating delays and planning for changes and expansion of project deliverables throughout the project lifecycle
• Evaluating project performance
• Identifying lessons learned
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation
• Performing risk management Travel Requirements 0 - 10% Salary Grade Job Requirements
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience
• Experience with developing and tracking plans, schedules, milestones, resource allocation, requirements
• Strong communication skills to engage senior and executive level stakeholders
• Experience working on Federal or Government projects requiring extensive external coordination
• Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility
