    Job Description


    American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab / EP Technologist for a 13-week travel contract at a Level I Trauma, Magnet-designated teaching hospital, with experience in both Cath Lab and angiography required.

    Responsibilities

    • Acute care hospital setting in a Cardiac Cath Lab unit
    • Level I Trauma center and academic teaching hospital with 554 staffed beds
    • Ideal candidates have experience in both Cath Lab and angiography with scrub experience
    • 4x10 hour day shifts, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
    • On-call approximately one weeknight per week and one weekend every 3-4 weeks
    • Charting performed in Epic
    • Floating within the site and across the health system is required; refusal to float as requested may result in contract cancellation
    • Local candidates will be accepted
    • Scrubs are provided for Cath Lab staff
    • Free parking available in any unrestricted space on campus
    • All assigned education modules must be completed within one week of starting the assignment
    • No RTO permitted during the first 2 weeks of the assignment; maximum of 7 days RTO for the duration of the contract
    • Candidates interested in a contract extension beyond 13 weeks should indicate their preference
    • COVID vaccination card required with no exemptions accepted
    • At least one professional reference is required for consideration

    Requirements

    • Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
    • ARRT-R certification required
    • Oregon Medical Imaging license (OBMI) required if applicable
    • Experience in Cath Lab and angiography, including scrub experience
    • Epic EMR experience preferred
