    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Medical Assistant Educator to lead the development and delivery of high-impact training programs across our primary care and specialty clinic network. This role is responsible for preparing Medical Assistants to deliver exceptional, patient-centered care while ensuring clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate is an experienced clinical professional with a talent for teaching, mentoring, and inspiring teams to perform at the highest level.

    Responsibilities:
    • Design, implement, and continuously improve comprehensive onboarding and ongoing education programs for Medical Assistants in primary care and specialty clinics
    • Develop standardized clinical workflows, competency assessments, and skills validation processes
    • Deliver engaging classroom, virtual, and hands-on clinical training sessions
    • Ensure alignment with evidence-based practice, organizational policies, and regulatory standards
    • Partner with clinic leadership to identify skill gaps and create targeted development plans
    • Monitor performance metrics and training outcomes to drive quality improvement initiatives
    • Serve as a clinical resource and mentor, fostering professional growth and accountability
    • Support cross-training initiatives to enhance workforce flexibility across specialties
    • Maintain up-to-date training materials reflecting current best practices and emerging healthcare trends
    • Promote a culture of excellence, safety, collaboration, and patient-centered care
    Requirements:
    • Minimum Required Education: High School diploma or GED. Graduate from an accredited Medical Assistant program, Preferred: Associate Degree in Medical Assisting.
    • Required Licensure/Certification: Certified or registered as a Medical Assistant. Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider.
    • Minimum Experience: 3 years of recent experience practicing as medical assistant.
    • BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date. BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire.
