- Design, implement, and continuously improve comprehensive onboarding and ongoing education programs for Medical Assistants in primary care and specialty clinics
- Develop standardized clinical workflows, competency assessments, and skills validation processes
- Deliver engaging classroom, virtual, and hands-on clinical training sessions
- Ensure alignment with evidence-based practice, organizational policies, and regulatory standards
- Partner with clinic leadership to identify skill gaps and create targeted development plans
- Monitor performance metrics and training outcomes to drive quality improvement initiatives
- Serve as a clinical resource and mentor, fostering professional growth and accountability
- Support cross-training initiatives to enhance workforce flexibility across specialties
- Maintain up-to-date training materials reflecting current best practices and emerging healthcare trends
- Promote a culture of excellence, safety, collaboration, and patient-centered care
- Minimum Required Education: High School diploma or GED. Graduate from an accredited Medical Assistant program, Preferred: Associate Degree in Medical Assisting.
- Required Licensure/Certification: Certified or registered as a Medical Assistant. Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider.
- Minimum Experience: 3 years of recent experience practicing as medical assistant.
- BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date. BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire.

Job Summary:
