Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Test Lead III to join our team in the San Antonio, T area

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• The Test Lead III is a senior-level position that leads and manages the software testing efforts of a team.
• They create and execute test plans, ensure the quality of software releases, and identify and report any defects or issues.
• They work closely with cross-functional teams, such as developers and product managers, to ensure all software is tested thoroughly and meets the required quality standards.
• They may also mentor and coach junior testers and provide guidance on best practices in software testing.
• The Test Lead III is a senior role with extensive experience in applications testing.
• The Test Lead III supervises and mentors subordinate project and Team ManTech staff

Education and Experience:

• Bachelors degree in an IT related discipline and 9 years of position specific relevant experience OR;
• HS and 13 years of experience OR;
• Associates and 11 years of experience OR;
• Master's degree and 7 years of experience OR;

* PHD Degree and 5 year of experience Preferred qualification: 4 years of experience in an Agile development environment Certifications:

Must possess a DoD m approved IAT Level 2 certification Security Clearance Requirements:

• This position requires a current/active U.S

Government Top Secret clearance

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
• The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
• Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
• Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer For all positions requiring access to technology/software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.S.-person status or obtaining any necessary license.
