    Dein Profil

    • 2–4 Jahre Erfahrung im B2B-Sales, idealerweise in Factoring, FinTech, Banking oder Finance.
    • Hunter-Mentalität: Pipeline, Abschlüsse und neue Logos treiben dich an.
    • Reisebereitschaft ist für dich Teil des Spiels, nicht das Hindernis.
    • Eigenverantwortlich, verbindlich, zielorientiert – du bringst Energie mit.
    • KPIs sind für dich Motivation, kein Druckmittel.
    • Du willst gestalten, nicht nur abhaken.
