- Client Relationship Management:
- On-boarding new clients effectively and overseeing their success.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client communications, ensuring a clear understanding of their goals and expectations.
- Project Coordination:
- Assist Business Owner in drafting business proposals.
- Write creative briefs that effectively capture and communicate each project client needs and requests.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including graphic designers, copywriters, and marketing strategists, to execute projects efficiently and effectively.
- Develop project timelines and ensure team is delivering on time.
- Strategic Ideation:
- Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and connect to their deliverables to achieve their goals.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of marketing and design campaigns.
- Have resourcefulness to find answers to strategic questions and communication suggestions to team.
- Budget Coordination:
- Oversee project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Provide accurate and transparent budget updates to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Quality Assurance:
- Conduct thorough reviews of deliverables to ensure they align with client expectations and agency standards.
- Proactively address and resolve issues or challenges that may arise during the project.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in account management, preferably at a marketing or graphic design agency.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and graphic design processes.
- Enjoys client engagement and demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in project management tools (experience with a plus) as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness and readiness to learn.
- Ability to be resourceful and think strategically.
- Works well independently and is diligent about getting things done.
- Maintain a positive attitude and work collaboratively with others.

As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong client relationships, driving project success, and ensuring the seamless delivery of all marketing and graphic design materials. In this position, you work closely with and report directly with the owner of Brinker Design.
You must be able to work on-site, however, hours can be flexible with the ability to work from home on occasion.
