    Jade Global is seeking its next Sales Director to manage West coast operations with a focus on SaaS Sales and a hunter mindset.

    Position Description:

    Key responsibilities

    Establish (technology & engineering segment) Go-To-Market plan, including:

    • New Business Development and Client partner
    • Commercialization strategy and key messages.
    • Assess segments, channels, value proposition, competitive differentiation and positioning to ensure the strongest competitive advantage.
    • Recent experience selling into Information Technology and engineering service(CRM, Oracle, SaaS, QA, Mobile, Cloud, Enterprise, Health care, ITSM, etc.)
    • Deal Shaping, Qualification, and Negotiate to Close
    • Excellent presentation skills, confident and articulate.
    • History of exceeding quotas and high earnings were gained through relationship selling and strategic account management.
    • Optimistic outlook toward all activities and seeks out social interactions to build long lasting relationships.
    • Proven track record of managing large accounts and closing large enterprise deals.
    • Professional appearance and outstanding people skills are a must.
    • Technology Sales experience (7-15 years ) Preferably Services Sales in West Coast
    • Good understanding of the west coast market: 3-5 years exposure
    • Understanding of the Technology Engineering Services, Hi-tech, CRM, BI portfolio of services ( Microsoft Technologies, Java, Open Source, Testing, NetSuite, ServiceNow, Business Intelligent, etc.)
    • Strong affinity to follow processes: CRM, Sales methodologies.
    • Consistent Performance in achieving his/her yearly target.
    • Will be responsible for the given Territory / Accounts and create rapid topline growth to meet revenue and profitability targets
    • Will create Sales strategies and tactics including lead generation and account mining

    Qualifications

    • Passionate and interested in understanding core level customer needs and motivated to help customers achieve their objectives
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills is a must - with the ability to summarize and convey key insights
    • Experience using emerging innovation trends to improve or create new technologies, products or services

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training. The pay scale is subject to change depending on business needs. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. Additional compensation may include benefits, discretionary bonuses, and equity.

    Salary Range-$160,000-$190,000 plus Benefits
