    Assignment Details:
    We are seeking a locum dentist to provide coverage in a well-supported practice.

    The ideal candidate will be comfortable performing:
    Surgical extractions

    Denture steps

    Comprehensive treatment planning


    Staffing Support:
    3 Dental Assistants

    1 Hygienist


    Requirements:
    Active Illinois dental license in good standing

    Active IL DEA with all schedules and CSR at time of submission

    Please note any procedural limitations when applying


    Additional Information:
    Extractions may include simple, surgical, or full-mouth cases.
