    Assistant Principal/Full-Time: Cardinal Pacelli School is seeking a mission-driven Catholic educational leader to serve as Assistant Principal beginning this upcoming school year.

    The Assistant Principal must be a devoted, practicing Catholic with a strong knowledge and love of the Catholic Faith and be willing to share that faith within the school community.

    They will join the Principal in leading the faculty and staff to be witnesses of the Gospel for our 400+ students and their families.

    The successful candidate will possess strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. It is essential that the candidate communicate well with students, parents, faculty & staff, and other stakeholders.

    Key responsibilities will include:
    – Curriculum and Professional Development for our staff of 35
    – Mentor new teachers & RESA teachers
    – Oversee the Academic Performance Goal and the Catholic Identity Goal for Accreditation for the Ohio Catholic School Accrediting Association (OCSAA)
    – Collaborate on reports to the Catholic Schools Office and the Ohio Department of Education
    Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years teaching experience, 2-5 years of Catholic educational leadership or administrative experience. Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred. Must possess an Ohio Department of Education Administrative License (or ability to obtain one), or Ohio Non-Tax License.
