    Description

    The IT Technical Specialist is an integral part of the Company's IT Department, responsible for desktop support, IT infrastructure, and related management support needed to ensure uninterrupted and efficient operations of those functions as well as supporting other IT department needs.

    Responsibilities:

    • Support, maintain, or manage all desktop/mobile support operations.
      • Equipment provisioning Windows, Macintosh, iOS, and Android-based hardware (laptops, tablets, cell phones, desk phones)
      • Microsoft Office applications
      • Zoom / Teams conferencing system(s)
      • Copiers, printers, scanners
      • Hosted email service on Microsoft 365
      • On/off-board new users and corresponding devices
      • Coordinate hardware upgrades and other devices as needed
      • Coordinate the destruction old equipment as needed
      • Stay technically current on all desktop/mobile support operations
    • Document, support, maintain, or manage all IT infrastructure
      • IT assets – physical and virtual
      • Work with Cisco switches, ASA firewall and wireless equipment
      • User accounts for local and hosted applications
      • Disaster recovery, business continuity and security-related activities
      • Stay technically current on all IT infrastructure
    • Management support
      • IT point for compliance efforts and documentation (e.g. SOX, audit, etc.)
      • Evaluate existing and/or new systems needed to support growth
      • Maintain 'customer' focus of IT department

    Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Technical Proficiencies:

    • Advanced knowledge of Windows and Mac clients, and iOS devices (phones and iPads)
    • Experience performing routine Windows Server domain administration tasks
    • Knowledge of copiers, printers, scanners, Fax, and projectors
    • Basic understanding of network and WiFi services
    • Basic understanding of firewall, VPN and VMWare vSphere
    • A strong attitude of service
    • Comfortable communicating across the organization – both cross-functionally and at all management levels
    • Exceptional English written and verbal communications skills
    • Top-notch organization skills with attention to detail
    • Ability to shift between tasks as needed in a fast-moving environment
    • High degree of ownership for all IT infrastructure and desktop support

    Preferred Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
    • 3+ years in an IT Organization, including at least 2 years of end-user support

    The pay range that the Company reasonably expects to pay for this headquarters-based position is $120,400 - $141,600; the pay ultimately offered may vary based on legitimate considerations, including geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and education.
