    Tax Senior Associate
    $75K - $100k + Benefits + 401k Match

    Harford County
    A fantastic boutique public accounting firm in Harford County, MD, has an immediate opening for a Tax Senior Associate. The position is created due to the company's continued growth and amazing performance for its expanding customer base. There are significant opportunities for upward growth.

    Best of all it is a tremendous place for Accounting & Tax professionals as they are well respected and compensated accordingly.

    We are looking for Early career or Senior level candidates with an Accounting Degree (CPA a plus) who want to further their career in tax and outsourced accounting .


    Qualifications:

    BS/BA in Accounting and CPA a plus


    Strong written and verbal communication skills


    Strong analytical and problem solving skills


    Strong attention to detail and well organized


    Positive attitude and ability to work independently and as a part of a team


    Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) applications


    Strong Tax background


    Entrepreneurial Spirit and way of thinking

    Responsibilities:

    Advise clients on financial matters


    Assist clients in preparing and filing tax returns


    Preparing client financial statements


    Conduct Audits for private clients and small nonprofits
