    Saint Therese of Woodbury is looking for full-time experienced AM shift Nurse Manager (RN) to join our dedicated team Since 2016, Saint Therese of Woodbury has been filled with social vibrancy, distinctive living spaces and a continuum of care blended to create a unique senior living experience. We offer 216 independent, assisted living and memory care apartments; and 56 skilled and transitional care units.
    Responsibilities:
    The Nurse Manager is responsible for ensuring that the facility is in compliance with government regulations. Demonstrates on-going assessments of resident's general condition and plan of care utilizing the nursing process. Manages and directs the facility staff to provide quality care, continuity of care and person-focused care. This position will supervise the nursing assistants and staff nurses.
    Qualifications:
    Education: Registered Nurse
    Experience: Experience in a nursing home (TCU) as a registered nurse required.
    At least one year of management experience required.
    Special knowledge, skills and abilities:
    • Demonstrated working knowledge of nursing department functions with special emphasis on compliance with Federal and State regulations.
    • Knowledge of the scope of the Minnesota Board of Nursing Nurse Practice Act.
    • Demonstrated abilities to participate in and collaborate with groups.
    • Ability to positively manage and communicate change and to model appropriate behaviors to staff and others.
    • High level of commitment to and success with effective customer service skills.
    • Demonstrated leadership abilities.
    • Effective time management/prioritization and problem solving skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
    • Working knowledge of personal computers and related software.

    Saint Therese of Woodbury is now on a public transit roadway. Metro Transit is now piloting a new on-demand, shared ride service in a few areas around the metro, including a 13-square-mile area in Woodbury and parts of Oakdale and Lake Elmo. Metro micro will operate between 5:30 a.m. and 10:30 p.m. on weekdays; 7 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. on weekends.
    Salary Range: $86,756 - $117,748/annually based on experience.
