- Submit warranty claims and work towards ensuing the follow through for reimbursements.
- Prepare damaged inventory documents for return to vendor.
- Complete service filing as needed.
- Ensure that inventory is adjusted to reflect warranty and return of parts including but not limited to credit memos, parts invoices, etc.
- Reconcile warranties to credit memos
- Reconcile monthly schedules
- Develop strong relationships with vendors and customers
- Adhere to all Bowser Safety policies and procedures
- Miscellaneous duties as assigned
