Job summary
As we prepare to open the doors to Charleston's newest luxury destination, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Busser/Bar Back to join our culinary team.We are looking for someone who can assist bartenders by restocking liquor, beer, wine, ice, and supplies; keep bar area clean and organized throughout service; clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently; complete bar and service prep work including cutting and prepping garnishes stocking mixers juices syrups polishing glassware silverware removing empty glassware plates from the bar dining area taking out trash recycling refilling waters as needed supporting servers bartenders during busy shifts following all health safety guidelines;
Required skills include self-starting personality always maintaining a professional appearance manner being able to communicate well with guests being a team player ability to withstand prolonged periods standing walking lifting at least 50 lbs.
