    Job Description


    Summary:
    Tremendous opportunity to join our Product Data Team within the Digital Marketing Center of Excellence during a time of significant strategic transformation Reporting to the

    Director of Data Management , the

    Sr. Manager of Product Data


    will have a great deal of impact and be empowered and expected to develop and drive implementation strategies that will elevate the holistic omni-channel shopping experience, expand product automation capabilities across Fortune Brands Innovations, and ensure the timely and accurate dissemination of product and marketing data for specific business units, their customers and down-channel go-to-market tools.


    Location, Status and Salary:
    This role is a remote position but requires the candidate to live in the United States. The salary range for this role is $100K - $120K, plus a 15% bonus. The actual salary offered will depend on several factors including candidate experience level and location.

    Responsibilities:


    Manage a team that is responsible for validating, inputting, and maintaining product and marketing data within our Product Information Management Systems across Fortune Brands Innovations commercial business units.

    Champion the "Voice of the Customer & Consumer" by developing a thorough understanding of customer and market needs and trends.

    Conduct competitive analysis and gain data insights to develop strategies that elevate the holistic omni-channel shopping experience.

    Develop strategic partnerships with cross-functional departments and customers to increase customer's speed to market through improved go-to-market tools and innovative methods for delivering and consuming product and marketing data.

    Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives that will drive productivity and improve business processes for both internal and external customers.

    Serves as a key contact for our product automation systems vendors, IT, and internal and external customers.
    Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
    5+ years of experience with Product Information Management and Syndication tools, specifically Salsify.
    5+ years of experience with product development lifecycle with consumer/durable goods.
    Strong management skills with 3+years of experience directly managing a team.
    Demonstrated ability to be a team player with skills to lead and participate in cross-functional communication and activities.
    Demonstrated effective verbal, written and presentation skills.
