    Description
    We are looking to add a Program Supervisor to our Mobile Crisis Outreach Response Team to cover Burlington and Mercer county . This is a supervisory role which will report directly to the program director. The Program Supervisor will be expected to participate in an on-call rotation to provide remote clinical backup and supervision to the Mobile Crisis Outreach Response Teams (MCORT). The Program aims to provide crisis de-escalation without use of law enforcement unless necessary for consumer or team safety.

    Overview:The Mobile Crisis Outreach Response Team program provides 24/7 mobile community outreach services to adults in crisis, including mental health, substance use, and suicidal emergencies. Staff dispatch to crises in teams of two, with a Crisis Response Specialist and a Peer Support Specialist.

    Responsibilities:
    • Review and sign-off on at least 20% of MCORTS reports for quality assurance purposes.
    • Provide assessment, risk assessment, safety planning, linkage to services, and follow-up care.
    • Manage and supervise direct care staff, including regular supervision, managing schedules, and addressing any performance issues.

    Qualifications:
    • Must possess a master's degree in a mental health related field
    • Must possess a clinical license (LPC, LCSW, etc) in addition to two years postmaster's, full-time equivalent, professional experience in a psychiatric setting.
    • Must have at least one year of supervisory experience.

    Schedule:Shift options available include:
    • 1st 7:00AM – 3:00PM
    • 2nd 3:00PM – 11:00PM
    • 3rd 11:00PM – 7:00AM

    Salary:
    • $75,000 annually
