    Description

    LPR International is seeking a licensed Social Worker to provide support for a client's Healthy Beginnings Program. This is a full-time, temporary assignment through June 30, 2024 and is based in Cheverly, MD.

    Job Duties:

    • Provide consistent and equitable mental health evaluation services to clients during the prenatal and postpartum period.
    • Screen all clients on admission and as needed for perinatal mental health needs. Documents all screenings in the electronic medical record.
    • Provide short-term interventions, emotional support, and client referrals to resources and agencies utilizing referral process.
    • Develop plan of care and measurable goals with client to track client's progress.
    • Respond to all internal and external email, text, and phone communications within one business day.
    • Document all communication/interactions with clients in an accurate, objective, clear and concise manner. All communication/interventions are documented in the EMR (Electronic Medical Record) no later than the next business day.
    • Maintains program data and statistics in an accurate and timely manner. Statistics are due to Supervisor no later than the 5th day of the following month.
    • Attend all required virtual meetings, workshops, and training sessions as required by supervisor.
    Requirements:
    • Licensed Clinical Social Worker
    • Possess and maintain a valid Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certification
    • Knowledge of computer software and platforms such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Power Point
    • Ability to document in EMR (Electronic Medical Record) for client encounters. Knowledge of Epic EMR (Electronic Medical Record) preferred.
    • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
    • At least 1 year of experience
