- Must showcase proficiency in all Operator I job requirements.
- Ability to manually set up non-CNC machines such as Drill Press, Band Saw, Mill, and Lathe.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Flat Pattern Development and basic trigonometric functions.
- Setup Production Machines, handling tasks like recalling programs, loading/unloading tools, and running production smoothly.
- Basic blueprint reading skills are essential.
- Operate and monitor multiple equipment pieces to ensure top-quality production and minimal downtime.
- Conduct self-inspection using calipers and tools to ensure part conformity.
- Minimum 3 years experience in setting up CNC Metal Processing Equipment like Press Brake, Laser, NC Punch, CNC Mill, and Lathe.
- Experience using various hand tools for part production.
- Minimum of 3 years related experience along with a high school diploma or GED.
