Soliant Health, a leading healthcare staffing provider, is seeking qualified and passionate Speech Therapists to join a fantastic school district in Foster City, California. We have multiple positions available for the upcoming school year. This is a full-time, onsite position that offers a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the lives of students.

Responsibilities:

Provide speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with individualized education programs (IEPs)
Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' communication needs
Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans and interventions
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to support students' communication goals
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited program
Valid license or eligibility for licensure in California as a Speech-Language Pathologist
CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) preferred for experienced candidates; CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year) encouraged to apply
Experience working with pediatric populations preferred
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
