    Purpose of Classification

    This position will be responsible for assisting in daily operations of the Tennis Pro Shop, Duties include assisting Tennis Professionals and Tennis Center customers with scheduling daily court times, registration for tennis lessons, rentals, recreation programs registration, retail transactions, data-entry, record keeping to provide general clerical support . This position is responsible maintaining the cleanliness of the Pro Shop and other areas of tennis center to maintain a clean and safe environment for tennis patrons.

    Tennis Court scheduling
    Customer Service
    Answer Phone Calls, Messaging, Email
    Clerical Support
    Program Registration
    Maintenance Work Orders
    Processing payments
    Promoting Tennis Center Activities
    Respond to routine inquiries regarding department and/or City operations
    Minimum Qualifications

    High school diploma or valid equivalent
    Six (6) months or previous work experience and/or training involving retail, clerical and general office work.

    Full time benefits package not available for part-time employees. EAP is available for all employees (full-time and part-time).
