    Are you passionate about using your creative skills to help communicate key concepts - business and technical - to key client buyers and influencers? The Global Defense Sector marketing and communications team is looking for candidates to bring cutting-edge design, creative, and visual expertise to building compelling graphics and video in support of integrated marketing campaigns driving our Sector's highest priorities.

    In this role, you will work collaboratively with a dynamic team of marketers, business leaders, and other creatives to understand requirements, conceptualize graphics and creative solutions, and ultimately find ways to effectively communicate Booz Allen's value to our clients through design.

    Experience facilitating discussions about visually representing complex data, technology, and ideas
    Experience following brand management guidelines
    Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Apple Final Cut Pro X, Adobe Premier, Map Publisher, and Apple Mac hardware platforms
    Ability to work with a marketing and business team to define project requirements and provide process and procedure advice for optimal visual communications
    Ability to provide a portfolio showcasing a broad range of graphic design competencies
    Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience working with graphic and creative design, or 7+ years of experience working with graphic and creative design in lieu of a degree

    Experience with data visualization and infographics
    Experience with video editing and development
    Knowledge of human-centered design methodology or design thinking principles
    Knowledge of videography, photography, 3D animation and interactive products
    Knowledge of HTML and CSS, Joomla, WordPress, or Content Management Systems
    Ability to be a self-starter, pay strict attention to detail, and multitask across multiple projects in a fast-paced and team-based environment
    Possession of excellent verbal and written skills, including communicating presentations to internal and external professionals at all levels and speaking on their terms, rather than creative terms, to maximize your impact

    Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

    The projected compensation range for this position is $51,600.Our people-first culture prioritizes the benefits of flexibility and collaboration, whether that happens in person or remotely.

    If this position is listed as remote or hybrid, you'll periodically work from a Booz Allen or client site facility.
