    Responsibilities

    Deliver high-quality patient care during transportation between facilities, collaborating with team members

    • Conduct patient assessment, stabilization, and necessary interventions
    • Maintain quality of care by adhering to standards and collaborating with team members
    • Participate in decision-making and enhance operational efficiency
    • Complete all medical documentation accurately
    • Driving ambulance for patient or supply transportation may be required
    Requirements

    Licensure / Certification / Registration:

    • BLS Provider certification required prior to hire date
    • Certification in Neonatal Resuscitation and Pediatric Advanced Life Support required
    • Registered Nurse license from the Florida Board of Nursing required
    • Certification in Prehospital Trauma Life Support preferred

    Education:

    • Diploma from an accredited nursing school and at least 3 years of experience in ED or ICU OR Professional licensure and 3 years of ED or ICU experience required
