The Role

The **Senior Pension Data Analyst** will support the business by working on highly complex Defined Benefit data consulting projects, demonstrating their analytical strengths and skills.
Looking for someone to join our team of experts, who enjoy a fast-paced environment, and can provide quality work and an outstanding client experience.

The analyst leverages various databases, data warehouses, and technical applications (i.e. Informatica, Snap Logic, SQL, Access, Snowflake, Excel) to identify, analyze, and propose solutions to clean the data required for accurate administration of Defined Benefits.

The ideal candidate likes a challenge and is looking for rewarding work with a direct client impact. The analysis directly helps clients and employees realize retirement dreams, offering variety and a direct impact role.

The Team

The **Fidelity Workplace Consulting Group** consists of over 300 professionals advising clients on managing their domestic benefits. A rapidly growing business within Fidelity, providing a wide range of services touching every benefits area. While focusing on Fortune 1000 clients, we also work with Fidelity clients of all sizes.

Engaging in data quality improvement efforts that span multiple product lines within the client lifecycle.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

Required: 4+ Years of Defined Benefit/Pension Administration experience
2+ years writing SQL preferred
Experience using Excel formulas for data analysis and comparisons
Ability to translate technical client specifications into data deliverables
Strong data analysis skills
Knowledge of Fidelity's backend product tables a plus
Ability to prioritize work effectively
Experience in a consulting role a plus
ETL Experience a plus
Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience

The base salary range for this position is $63,000-$100,000 per year. Placement varies based on responsibilities, experience, and other factors.

Base salary is just one part of the total compensation package, which may include bonuses or other variable compensation.
