We are seeking talented professionals with an entrepreneurial spirit to run a Commercial Electrical Division in LaGrange, NC.

As the Division Manager, you will oversee your branch's administration, operations, and business performance. This includes responsibility for achieving the division's revenue and profitability goals and of managing the job performance of and investing in the professional development of the Electricians, Foreman, Superintendents, and Project Managers.

The main areas of your responsibility will include:

• Business Development
• Estimating
• Financials/Budgeting and Cost Control
• Project Management

You will have:

• 10 years of experience as an Operations Manager, Business Development Associate or Senior Project Manager with a successful electrical firm that has done Construction Management, Design/Build, Negotiated, and Lump Sum contracts
• Proven success in developing and managing a service division
• Effective management of electrical construction work resulting in completion of contracts within time and cost limits.
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Proven decision-making ability
• Excellent computer skills to efficiently use construction management software as well as other programs required to carry out the work
