- Support the implementation of treatment plans under the guidance of an In-Home Therapist.
- Help the youth and family address emotional and mental health challenges.
- Engage in telephone interventions.
- Develop risk management and safety plans in coordination with the youth and caregiver.
- Participate in family therapy sessions with the In-Home Therapist.
- Connect youth and families with community resources and natural support systems.
- Provide crisis intervention and emergency services as needed.
- Demonstrate problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Show cultural awareness and sensitivity in interactions.
- Document progress notes in compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with relevant parties involved in the youth's life.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's degree in a human services field (MCE-approved).
- Fluency in Spanish and English is preferred.

Job Summary:
We are in search of a Bachelor's Level Clinician (TT&S or Therapeutic Training and Support Worker) to collaborate with an In-Home Therapist (IHT) in providing mental health support to youth and families. The role involves assisting the youth in managing their emotional and behavioral needs and empowering the family to offer effective support for the youth's well-being.
