The IT Service Desk Engineer Level 2 (MSP) daily tasks include support for their computers, networks, and cloud systems. You will also collaborate with their team to solve complex technical issues and build solutions.

IT Service Desk Engineer Level 2 (MSP) Responsibilities:
Act as the first and second level response for incoming support requests
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with software or hardware.
Install and configure software and computer systems.
Walk clients through steps to help them resolve their technical problems.
Maintain procedures and documentation that provide technical support to the entire organization.
