- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients admitted to the medical/surgical unit, utilizing evidence-based practice and clinical judgment.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients, including physical and psychosocial assessments, and formulate individualized care plans.
- Monitor patients' vital signs, telemetry readings, and other relevant data, promptly recognizing and responding to any changes in condition.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established protocols.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to coordinate and facilitate patient care, including physicians, therapists, and ancillary staff.
- Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatments, and self-care techniques, promoting wellness and disease prevention.
- Document all patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner, maintaining thorough and organized medical records.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to regulatory standards and best practices in nursing care.

APN Healthcare Solutions is urgently hiring multiple Registered Nurse Home Health for our client in Coldwater, MI for a 13 week contract with a high possibility of extension.
Position Title: RN MS/Tele
Pay Rate:$58-$62/hr
Work Location: Coldwater, MI
Shift : Nights 7pm-7am
Hours/day: 12hrs (48hrs/wk)
Contract Duration:13 weeks
License Requirement: MI RN license
Certification Requirement: BLS
