Carriage House Nursing and Rehab working towards our mission to provide quality long-term care and related health services is looking for caring Registered Nurses for our fantastic residents and patients.

Responsibilities

Administers medications to patients as prescribed by the physician and advise patients and families regarding changes to medications, treatment plans, and patient condition.
Oversees the CNA team including giving direction & assignments, offering training, and contributing to recognition and evaluations.
Provides preventative and supportive care directed to the physiologic and psychosocial well-being of patients.
Assesses and anticipates the needs of the patient, and coordinates the necessary interventions as defined by policy, procedure, and the written/verbal orders of the provider as applicable to assigned area(s).
Receive/give the nursing report upon reporting on/off duty and main other records as directed.

Our candidates will possess the ability to effectively communicate with patients and other staff.

Educational requirements:

Licenses/Certification- Valid Michigan Nursing License (RN)
BLS CPR certification required.
Prior experience as skilled nursing/rehabilitation preferred but not required.
