    Position Overview:

    As a Strategic Financial Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in the corporate finance/accounting team, contributing to the seamless execution of analytics and reporting which will lead to decisions around business operations, M&A, and overall review of financial performance. Reporting directly to the Head of Finance you will bring your expertise gained from experiences in investment banking and/or corporate strategy to the table. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain financial models for various lines of businesses to facilitate strategic decision-making.
    • Analyze financial data and performance metrics to provide insights into the financial health and performance of the organization.
    • Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for stakeholders, including executives and board members, to aid in strategic planning and decision-making processes.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and insights for accurate financial modeling and reporting.
    • Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to assess potential impacts of strategic decisions on financial outcomes.
    • Identify key trends, risks, and opportunities through financial analysis to support strategic recommendations.
    • Monitor and evaluate financial performance against established goals and benchmarks, providing recommendations for adjustments as needed.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in financial modeling and reporting to ensure the accuracy and relevance of analyses and reports.
    • Communicate complex financial concepts and findings effectively to non-financial stakeholders, facilitating understanding and informed decision-making.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field from a top tier university
    • 3+ years of relevant experience in management consulting or investment banking
    • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
    • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong working relationships across departments.
