This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule
Various shifts available including morning (6:30 AM - 3:00 PM), evening (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM), and night (7:00 PM - 3:30 AM) rotations.
Job Description
The CT Technologist works collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team and is responsible for providing quality images in support of the Radiologist while assisting in diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. Responsibilities also include processing and transmission of images to PACS.
Responsibilities
- Provide quality imaging in conjunction with Radiologists.
- Assist in the performance of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
- Process and transmit images to PACS.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Current CT license.
- One year of acute, clinical radiology experience preferred.
- Knowledge of mobile and stationary Radiographic / Fluoroscopic equipment.
- Graduate of a program accredited by JRCERT.
- CT ARRT Certification required as of 07/01/2015.
- Maintain BCLS (AHA) certification upon hire.
- Proficient computer skills necessary.
