    Job Summary:

    The CSI Coordinator at Mike Rezi Nissan Atlanta is responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and promoting a positive brand image through exceptional customer service and efficient processes. In this individual contributor role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty in the auto industry. This is a full-time, hourly position located in Atlanta, Georgia.

    Compensation & Benefits:
    This position offers a competitive compensation package of $17 per hour, paid weekly. In addition, employees are eligible for benefits such as medical, dental, 401K and vision insurance, as well as vacation and sick leave.

    This job will require follow-up for a total of 5 locations. This will be the largest responsibility of this job description.

    Responsibilities:
    Serve as the liaison between the customer and and service department for follow-up concerns found over phone email and text message.
    Conduct thorough follow-up with customers to gather feedback and ensure complete satisfaction with their experience
    Monitor and maintain CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores to ensure they meet or exceed company standards
    Collaborate with other departments to resolve any customer issues and provide timely and effective solutions
    Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience and improve CSI scores
    Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
    Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, and maintaining customer records.
    Participate in company training and development programs to continuously improve customer service skills and stay current on industry trends

    Requirements:
    High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred
    1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the automotive industry
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer management software
    Ability to work independently and in a team environment
    Flexibility to work weekends and extended hours as needed
    Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
