Job summary:
This Line Cook role at XRG involves setting up stations with supplies preparing food for service cooking menu items in cooperation with kitchen staff.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare all restaurant foods
- Demonstrate knowledge in all areas of the kitchen
- Read measure execute recipes read execute computer tickets for service apply knife skills required for service preparation maintain solid menu knowledge attention detail plate presentation assist chefs execution of service communicate management chefs serve staff fulfill address any issues needs requested guests employees move furniture directed by management tables chairs bar stools banquettes bar tables boxes equipment comply safety health procedures ensure complete proper checkout procedures clean spills immediately place trash proper receptacles inform management complaint comments incident nightly weekly opening running closing duties completed record report equipment failure safety hazards management immediately assists completes additional tasks assigned.
