    Job Title:
    SharePoint Technical Support Analyst

    Location:
    Offutt AFB, NE


    Pay:
    $100k - $130k

    Cert:
    IAT II certification (Sec, CCNA, etc.)

    Clearance:

    Active Secret Clearance Responsibilities:

    • Conduct research in design, development, testing and utilization of electronic data processing software.
    • Troubleshoot issues with DOD365 applications, including SharePoint, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
    • Administer and troubleshoot DOD365 tenant and site configurations, including SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
    • Customize and configure DOD365 lists, libraries, and pages using low/no code capabilities such as Power Automate workflows and Power Apps

    Qualifications:

    • 5 years with BS/BA; 3 years with MS/MA; 0 years with PhD, or 9 years of commensurate experience in a DoD environment in lieu of degree
    • Secret clearance

    IAT Level II certification Preferred:

    • Microsoft certification in SharePoint, Power Automate, or Power Apps.
    • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and integration with DOD365.
    • Understanding of government security and compliance standards related to DOD365.
