    Therapeutic Support Staff

    This is a rewarding opportunity for a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of our students.

    As a therapeutic support staff member, you will work closely with students, teachers, and other support staff to create a safe and inclusive learning environment. You will assist students with daily living skills, academic tasks, and emotional support, while also participating in crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide individualized support to students with diverse needs
    • Assist students with daily living skills, such as personal hygiene and meal preparation
    • Support students with academic tasks, such as homework and projects
    • Participate in crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques

    Requirements:

    • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in education or related field
    • Experience working with students with special needs
    • Basic first aid and CPR certification
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
