Systems Analyst

to join their team

The Systems Analyst will play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights, enabling strategic decision-making across the organization.

This role requires a blend of technical and analytical skills, along with the ability to communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Reporting:

Develop and maintain complex data models to support various business initiatives.

Design and create visually appealing and insightful reports and dashboards using Power BI.Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.

Data Management:
Work closely with data engineers and IT teams to ensure data quality and integrity.
Oversee data warehousing processes, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).


Requirements Gathering & Documentation:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business needs and requirements.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications for data analysis and reporting projects.


Stakeholder Communication:
Present findings and recommendations to business stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Serve as a liaison between business teams and technical teams, ensuring alignment on project goals and timelines.


Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvements and work with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
Support data-driven decision-making across the organization.


Required Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Proven experience in a business analyst role, with a strong emphasis on data analysis and reporting.
Proficiency in SQL and experience with data warehousing and ETL processes.
Strong experience with Power BI, including designing and implementing dashboards and reports.
Familiarity with data modeling and data visualization best practices.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management practices is a plus.
