    Position Summary:


    The Project Controls Specialist works directly with Project Managers and Construction Managers supporting the construction of Energy Storage, Transmission, Substations, and Distribution projects.

    Employees in this role administer budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis, business process improvement and month end project settlement activities.


    Essential Functions:
    Ensure accurate accounting reporting, variance explanations, and progress reporting against budgets.
    Prepare executive-level reports and ensure write-ups are accurate, complete, clear, and concise.
    Perform other job-related duties as assigned.


    Minimum Requirements:
    Bachelor's Degree
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
    Proficient in Excel


    Preferred Qualifications:
    Power BI
    Procore
    Microsoft Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
    Accounting background
