Description of Job Duties

General office duties.
Create spreadsheets/data entry.
File and create labels for folders.
Answer phones when needed.
Assist porters or maintenance when needed.
Miscellaneous cleaning around office.
Various projects as assigned.

Job Qualifications

Minimum:

Consistently demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills in dealing with people both internal and external to the College.
Must be enrolled as a student at North Central College.
Good organization skills.
Orderly and neat work.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Follows instructions.
Able to work at least 10 hours per week.

Preferred:

Valid driver's license and acceptable driving history.
