    Overview:

    Prepare food items in accordance with production requirements and established guest service and sustainability standards. Consistently deliver high-quality dishes to meet customer expectations.

    Your Growth Path:

    • Lead Cook: Supervise kitchen staff, manage inventory, and ensure efficient food preparation.
    • Sous Chef: Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, food safety, and quality control.
    • Assistant to the Head Chef: Support the Head Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations and staff performance.

    Your Focus:

    1. Prepare food of consistent quality following recipe cards and production standards.
    2. Manage food inventory, rotating perishables and maintaining proper storage temperatures.
    3. Monitor and report on food costs, waste, and loss to management.
    4. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.
    5. Practice sustainable food handling and waste reduction techniques.
    6. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

    Your Background and Skills:

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • 2 years of related experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
