    Current Opportunities: Aveanna's HR Technology Team is looking for a dynamic, highly collaborative and consultative change agent to join our HRIS team (Workday Solutions), where you will drive transformational change by enhancing business processes and bringing innovation and technology to our workforce.

    Reporting to the HRIS Director, the Workday Integration Specialist will be focused on understanding the business requirements related to connecting to our external vendors. Your responsibilities will range from creating reports that are needed for the integrations. Monitoring and resolving external/internal integration connections. Setting up and updating existing integrations.

    Responsibilities & Qualifications

    Responsibilities:
    • The Integration Specialist serves as a technical point of contact for assigned projects, including solution design, technical documentation, implementation and production support
    • Working on a range of system integration initiatives involving Workday connecting to external vendor systems that includes: Workday HCM with third party payroll and benefit providers, ATS system and various other systems
    • Design, build, test and support our internal and external Workday integrations
    • Designs business processes and custom report development (including BIRT)
    Qualifications:
    Basic Qualifications:
    • 4+ years of experience technical consulting, requirements gathering, or solution design for an HCM, Payroll, Financials and ERP
    • 4+ years of demonstrated ability with data migration, integration development, report building,dashboards and calculated fields as it relates to integrations
    • Advanced understanding and experience of the complete implementation lifecycle - including integrations requirements gathering design, development, testing, and move to production.
    Other Qualifications:
    • Advanced skills with Workday integration technologies such as EIB, Document Transformation, and Workday Studio and Workday OX is a huge plus.
    • Experience taking a leadership role within a software, system, or application implementation.
    • Advanced skills with EDI, Web Services, EXL, XSLT Transformation, Java, .NET, BIRT or other integration technology
    • Experience monitoring and maintaining interfaces between Workday and internal/external vendor systems
    • Experience working with Workday HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Finance and Payroll modules
    • Excellent communication skills and should have experience in working along with business teams
    • Security surrounding integrations - x509, PGP, SSH, Public API's & system design documentation
    • Highly organized & detailed oriented with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively while demonstrating a sense of urgency
    • Ability to think and deliver creative value-added solutions to business
    • Experience with Prism or Adaptive Insights preferred, but not required
